Haus Gerbens is an elegant restaurant and hotel complex located in Soest. The restaurant area is well designed and formal, with four separate eating areas you can enjoy: the terrace and beer garden (summer only), lounge restaurant, Gaststube and banquet hall. Try some of Haus Gerbens head chef Carmen Rodriguez-Garcia's sophisticated entrées, such as the grilled Fjord Trout in Paprika and Pepper or the Fillet Skewer (beef or pork) accompanied by fresh seasonal salads, pepper sauce and potato wedges. During the warmer weather, enjoy BBQ events in the outdoor Haus Gerbens terrace.
