Arrowhead Grill was an amazing experience from the time we sat at our table until walking out of the door. Everything was EXCELLENT!!!

Great food and really excellent service today! We loved the restaurant and the experience.

Overall was a nice evening out. The food was great and consisted of grilled scallops, sea bass and some pasta. Nice wine and a great waiter. Our only complaint was it was booked heavy even on a Monday night and we clearly felt rushed at all steps. There was a mob waiting as we left after 90 min. I guess that’s the time you get! No lingering over a meal here.

Always a great dining experience, primarily because we always request the very best server in all of Phoenix, Denise! We love the food and the atmosphere here, but the fabulous, attentive, caring service we receive from Denise is far superior to any of our many, many fine dining favorites! Do yourself a favor and request to have Denise as your server!

We went there for my wife’s birthday. They were super busy with the holiday crowd. Service was a little slow but without us complaining or saying anything one of their managers jumped in and made things happen, then came back over to our table and apologized. Super impressive customer service.
