I booked this reservation for my daughter and her husband to celebrate her 28th birthday. I sent a note ahead of time letting the restaurant staff know and they were very timely in responding back stating they would make her experience special. Well I’m so very pleased to report back that they both had an AMAZING night! They stated the food was fabulous however, even better was how they were treated by your entire servers/team. Thank you Rose Mary staff as I truly believe she had a very memorable birthday this year all because of your attention to detail and for going above and beyond. Absolutely incredible!! We went for Valentine’s Day and it didn’t go well at all. We went for steaks but they were out and didn’t tell us until we ordered. The chef found a couple rib eyes which was great. Unfortunately they served our steak to another table and I sat for 2 hours while my other half ate. It was awkward just sitting there watching everyone eat. I have to admit the restaurant owned the issue, apologized profusely, comped the whole meal and gave me a $200 gift certificate. I had my meal wrapped up when it finally came and we left. I understand things happen and I’m very happy how they handled it. The steak was delicious when I finally ate it at home. In other news, it was LOUD and the communal tables put people on top of each other but a couple next to us was our biggest champion getting comped.
