We arrived at 4.15 and found that the restaurant was not supposed to open for service until 5pm. Bobby the barman and Josh the chef made us very welcome and opened early for us. The atmosphere was pleasant and really festive. Service was quick and very pleasant and professional. Food arrived quickly and was hot, good quality and as described on the menu. We each opted for a starter, Sunday roast and a pudding and all three courses were absolutely outstanding. Never been here before but absolutely will come back again. Best roast I have had for years.
