The Bakery Restaurant specializes in Modern British and European Cuisine, Brasserie Style Bar Meals, Sunday Lunch and Specialist Parties and Functions for up to 90 people seated. The Bricklayers Arms is a delightful lakeside public house, comprising three terraced cottages in a charming Kent village. The pub is situated at the end of the picturesque Darent Valley Walk. Had a lovely meal here. Went for the lobster pasta which was delicious! Had the cannoli for desert and a lovely bottle of Gavi. Staff were so attentive and polite and gave us an after dinner shot. They had a brilliant singer and she sang all old Motown and R&B. Def recommend. Will be going again soon!

Popped in with the wife for Sunday roast. Couldn’t fault the food, service an value for money. Will be returning again. Lovely place.

Although the management of The Bakery has changed, the table settings and service were still a high standard. There was less choice of menu options, but quality was still a good standard. In conclusion, a relaxing evening with friends.
