The Bistro Quarter's restaurant and bar is located on the fringes of Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke on Trent in Staffordshire.It strikes the perfect balance between exceptional dining and affordability. The menu and cocktail bar are designed to satisfy most tastes and combine classic British menus with a bistro-style serving.The Executive Chef, Malk Walker, is proud of his two rosettes and takes pride in everything he does. The Bistro is open from 8am for breakfast, lunch and dinner or you can just pop in for a coffee and a pastry or a cocktail. 2 for 1 Cocktails are served from 4pm-6pm (Tues-Sat).
