Our server was Christopher and manager was Brazil and they went above and beyond to ensure that my mom and I had a wonderful experience. They suggested entrée and drink items that did not miss. My mom had the salmon with curry and rice. She really enjoyed it. I had the crab fried rice, which was extremely flavorful. The drinks were great. The prime rib was well cooked (med rare). I will say I was expecting some Smoked flavor however the prime rib had an extreme smoked taste which was overpowering. I ate around most of the char, but in my opinion and those of a couple of us, you should cut back on the smoke preparation for the prime rib. We will definitely return and I will definitely return to the pork chop selection! Thank you for a wonderful Christmas Eve meal/tradition. We’ve eaten there many times and the food was, as usual, delicious. We never felt rushed, and we never felt neglected! The other story is that when I made this reservation, the system had no tables for 6 available at the time I needed, so I grabbed one for 4 and one for 2. I wrote a brief comment to Hudson House - Lakewood that it was a disappointment. Within an hour I received a notice and an updated email that my reservation had been changed to 6!
