I found the restaurant very inviting on a chilly February Sunday. The bar area was filled with guests, and the table areas very nicely arranged. Our waiter was very good, Mike, attentive and cordial. We had salads, appetizer, fish special, veal and pasta. The dinners were delicious. I think it has just become my favorite Little Italy restaurant.

We got a table immediately with our reservation. The host was super friendly only to be followed by our great service from our server. I’m sorry I forget their names! My husband and I had an appetizer, salad and two entrees with a boozey cappuccino for dessert! Fabulous! Thank you for a great date night before the show!

It was a wonderful experience the chef and her husband were kind welcoming and even gave us a history of the restaurant which was named for the Chef's father-in-law who was a dentist at that location years ago and the food was delicious. Warm inviting and very hospitable.

Excellent food with a variety of dishes ordered. The tacos were fabulous with the shredded beef being the best one. The drinks were all amazing. Waitress was subpar but I think it was just her lack of personality. The manager went around and was asking tables how their dinners were which is always nice to see done. Would definitely go back again and recommend it to others.

My recent visit to Benihana was a truly delightful experience, thanks in large part to my exceptional server, Kevin. While my arrival started with a slight hiccup, the rest of the evening was superb. Upon entering, I encountered a minor issue with my reservation and was kept waiting by the front desk staff, despite arriving on time. However, they were very apologetic about the delay, which I appreciated. The moment I was finally able to speak with Kevin, he immediately stepped in and took care of the situation, ensuring I was seated as quickly as possible and minimizing any further inconvenience. I was particularly impressed with Kevin's attentiveness and understanding. Knowing I was in a hurry to get to another engagement, he ensured my food was prepared and delivered with impressive speed, without making me feel rushed or neglected. He checked in on me regularly while eating, always with a genuine smile, and made sure everything was to my liking. Kevin's friendly and professional demeanor made the experience very comfortable and enjoyable. Speaking of the food, the Wagyu steak I ordered with my birthday coupon was absolutely divine. It was incredibly savory and melt-in-your-mouth delicious – cooked to perfection. The entire meal was a culinary treat, and Kevin's attentive service only enhanced the experience. Overall, my visit to Benihana was fantastic. Kevin's outstanding service, combined with the delicious food, more than made up for the initial reservation issue with the front desk. Their apology and Kevin's subsequent care, particularly his quick service given my time constraints, turned what could have been a slightly frustrating start into a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend Benihana, and if you're lucky enough to have Kevin as your server, you're in for a treat!
