We have had her 2 weeks in a row - Condiments were not offered when we ordered the hot dogs - had to ask the food server - when we ordered fries we did not receive the happy hour fries - were not aware that IH offered plain or truffle When she brought the check - did not bring the itemize copy - had to ask -and wait and wait for her to come explain the check and got nasty and told us she was there only for the money not handling challenges - and got the manager Ryan He was very sympathetic and apologetic for the waitresses reaction.
