Serious Pie is a specialty gourmet pizza restaurant in Seattle, Washington. Located in the famous Pike Place Market/Belltown area, Serious Pie serves up crispy, thin crust pizzas that have been fired to perfection. The dough is a house secret and takes three days to make. Ingredients are seasonal, fresh and sourced locally whenever possible. There is also a wide selection of beers, wines, and cocktails to accompany dinner.Serious Pie's menu includes starters like marinated kale, chicory chopped salad, and wood oven-roasted seasonal vegetables. Pizzas, however, are the main attraction and there are several to choose from. Vegetarians will enjoy the roasted seasonal mushroom and truffle cheese while meat lovers might go for the sweet fennel sausage and roasted peppers.

    My husband and I had the pleasure of celebrating Valentine's Day at Communion, and it was an unforgettable experience. Thanks to OpenTable's 'Notify Me' feature, we secured a last-minute reservation, setting the stage for a perfect evening. Our server, Christina, recommended the pork chop—a dish I don't usually prefer. However, it was a revelation: juicy, perfectly cooked, and accompanied by a harmonious blend of sauces. As someone who has won first place in a Michelin-star cooking competition among friends, I can confidently say this dish was exceptional. Christina's attentive service and warm demeanor enhanced our evening, making our Valentine's celebration truly special. Communion is a gem in Seattle's dining scene, and we look forward to our next visit.

    This was our second time having dinner at Alder & Ash before going to see a show at the Paramount. Highly recommend! The Theater Menu option is very convenient and well-priced, especially if you're like me and easily get overwhelmed by choices. This place is definitely on our bookmark list of places to eat in Seattle.

    We had a large group of 8 with various dietary needs. They did a fantastic job responding to this. Service was prompt and the food came out quickly for a large group - very impressed! Even the noise level was reasonable. Would definitely do again for a group!

    Server was very good; genial, aware of menu, and efficient. The waterfront view, when not blocked by cruise ships, is great. Food was well done but it also wasn’t an extremely busy day. Overall a pleasant place for a good selection of northwest seafood.
