Missy was a great server who welcomed us to the Boat Tow. She was knowledgeable with the menu. and extremely personable .

We love Duemani. The food is always exceptional and our repeat server, Antonio, delivers hospitality with intelligence and charm. He has a great memory of our favorites and never fails to make us feel known and welcome. Well done.

The food was fine; a bit in the unremarkable side. We both had the winter salad which was sadly overdressed. Otherwise it would have been quite good. My friend had the (deconstructed) onion soup which I found convoluted and bordering on tasteless. What makes an onion soup stand out is the deep umami of caramelised onions backed up by a strong stock. This had neither. The topping was a slice of anemic bread wrapped with unimpressive cheese (hard to tell if it was Gruyère). All that said, the people watching was the height of the meal.

Excellent meal! Fajitas are fantastic. Everything is fresh and home made.

Best dining experience in all of Aspen. Love the food, ambiance, and the service is outstanding.
