Manor Hill Tavern occupies the historic Taylor’s Row in Old Ellicott City. Our bar and dining areas feature original architectural elements such as exposed stone walls, barn doors, and vaulted ceilings. Local artwork hangs throughout the Tavern’s many rooms and a mural adorns a main wall, a nod to the eclectic and vibrant artistic community of Old Ellicott City. The result is a unique and memorable atmosphere unlike any other.Our Head Chef strives to use seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible, including herbs and vegetables from our farm. Our distinctive menu is highlighted by a custom-built brick oven for neopolitan-style pizzas and more. We always eat out on Christmas Eve after the week of getting ready. We wanted to try a new place and Manor Hill looked like a good option. Our server, food and setting were great but it was a bit slow; likely due the holiday rush. We weren't in a hurry but the hard chairs were a bit much after awhile, especially for my 87 yr old mom. Everyone enjoyed their dinners and that's the most important part.

Fun girls’ holiday night out. 1/2 price wine on Monday! We shared salads and apps and everything was great. Paul was an excellent server. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Only downside - don’t sit at the window table when it is 20 degrees outside. 🥶❄️ That being said, it didn’t ruin our evening!
