The Foie Gras didn't say it was a terrine. We were expecting a seared foie gras. It was good, just not what we were expecting. Also, we had the soufflé. I expected some creme anglaise to accompany the dessert, but it came with a small amount of ice cream. The scuffle was slightly dry. I expect the base was pre-made, which is typical.
