Guests can enjoy creations by Bohemia's head chef and his team in a variety of settings including 'the library' balcony where they can relax on leather armchairs, read newspapers, use the free wifi and watch the world go by below in the historic Lanes. We dined on a Wednesday and the Meat Platter for 2 was available for £56 which was incredible value and plenty food for two on its own.

We had a family lunch for 5 people. We went for the vegan option on the set meal. This was an absolutely fabulous set of dishes, including a vegan duck option as a middle course. We also enjoyed a couple of glasses of the Chapel Down sparkling rose - delightful. The food is absolutely delicious and the service is attentive. Gars remains the best Chinese restaurant in Brighton. We're definitely coming back.

It's a superb setting for a pre-Christmas lunch treat. The food was fantastic and just enough to delight the taste buds and leave enough energy for shopping in the afternoon. The reception team and waiters were attentive and friendly. The decor is stunning and lifts the whole experience. Thank you.

I have dined at Cote a couple of times and was very impressed. On this occasion. I was having a meal out with friends. Although the restaurant was very busy, the customer service was superb and very attentive. The food and wine were delicious , the ambience friendly and we had a lovely evening !
