Welcome to The Greyhound, a 17th century coaching inn, in the heart of Beaconsfield Old Town.Owned and managed by husband and wife team, Daniel Crump and Margriet Vandezande-Crump, the pub and restaurant was named as the ‘One to Watch in the UK’s prestigious Top 50 Gastropubs Awards, named a TripAdvisor 2021 Travellers’ Choice Award Winner, and voted the best restaurant in Bucks & Oxon by guests in the annual Muddy Stilettos awards. The Greyhound is made up of 3 key areas for guests to enjoy: an intimate drinking lounge and outside drinking terrace, the main restaurant for dining (upstairs and downstairs), and an outdoor covered and heated dining terrace. 5th time visiting Food always great but the decor is very underwhelming. Needs much more decadent look to match food rather than wooden basic chairs facing a wall full of cobweb and a sad dead plant. :(

Delicious food, lovely atmosphere and great service. Three of us in our party, we shared the Meze board to start which was just the perfect amount and tasted delicious. All three of us had the chicken schnitzel dish, it was so tasty - the chilli and caper linguine left a delicious taste. Too full for desert. The service was great, perfect time between each course and the staff were very attentive. Moderately priced, a hefty service charge - which of course was optional, but we paid.

I absolutely love the Crystal Palace, it’s a real little gem! Service is awesome, super friendly team, very happy to chat & engage. The food is ridiculous, I love every item on the menu but it’s the Camembert wheel that I adore!! Can’t wait to go back!! Thank you.
