A quality and relaxing local pub, run by award winning owners, in the beautiful Buckinghamshire village of Iver just a short drive from M4. The building and decor are charming and rustic, with elegant modern touches. Relax by the cozy log burner perfect for winter evenings or enjoy outdoor heated sitting, beer gardens and children play area. A daily menu, meal deals, all freshly prepared in the pub kitchen, includes fresh fish, burgers, salads, chicken, paining, baguettes, wraps, sandwiches and vegan choice food, delicious deserts that melts in your mouth and chef's daily specials with main course, drink and a side all for £15. As all dishes are prepared in the pub kitchen, they are able to cater for most dietary needs, with most sauces, soups and gravy all created gluten free. After 25 years of success, we changed the name in 2000 to Gilbey's, having recognised that our food had outgrown the original wine bar concept. Serving freshly cooked food all day everyday from midday to 9pm at night, in the cosy bar, restaurant or in the stunning riverside all-weather conservatory, there is a fine selection of wine, ales, cocktails to choose from. The bar area and terrace is dog friendly, we cannot accept any pets in the conservatory or restaurant.
