Built in the 1800 as a very modest Bajan home, Dis Ole House is now living its best life hosting people to take part in our wonderful island’s culinary flavors. We offer a very stark contrast to the much grander Sam Lord's Castle at whose gates we are neatly nestled. We provoke curiosity and experiences where little touches like our enamel tableware will make any Bajan smile with yesteryear nostalgia. I found it hard to go past the jalapeno cheese ball salad and my guest had the chicken salad on sliced bread with chips. We both enjoyed our meals along with delicious glasses of Sav Blanc from Wine Cave, served at our table. The service from both Open Kitchen and Wine Cave was perfect. I will always return, every opportunity!
