Salt's name comes its Salthill locale - which itself was derived from salt works that were once here - plus the nearby sea and, of course, the seasoning. I've stated this before - Johnnie Fox's has the best mussels in Dublin. But the impossible has happened - the best has gotten even better. The new sauce is out of this world. Congratulations to the chef for the recipe, and to the whole team for the implementation.

È stata davvero una bellissima serata, l’atmosfera , l’accoglienza , ho chiesto per un tavolo carino e ci è stato dato . Il servizio è stato sempre attento, soprattutto Lara/Laura simpaticissima ha reso ancora più piacevole questa esperienza, per non parlare del cibo, tutto eccellente, soprattutto la carne. Davvero lo consiglio a tutti . Ci ritornerò presto, grazie.

We had a wonderful visit to Eleven to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The food, drinks and staff were all fantastic and I would recommend Eleven to anyone looking for somewhere special for a family night out.
