Bistro Casanova is smooth, elegant, exquisite and fun. A tropical landscaping refreshes the air surrounding the outside al fresco tables. Bistro Casanova offers Mediterranean fare, its roots coming from the Cinque Terre in Italy where the owner comes from. Its menu reaches some classic of the European cuisine: Paella for two, Cioppino, Focaccias, Grigliata plates of grilled meat or fish large enough to share, prime cuts of steaks are between the favorites, next to an excellent selection of pastas and fresh salads. Locally grown ingredients are used extensively, as well as the freshest fish from Maui's ocean. Bistro Casanova is a favorite for Happy Hour relaxation, watered by specialty martinis and carafes of mojito and margaritas.Tapas (available after 4pm) can be a tasty complement to your drinks, an opening line for your dinner, or dinner itself. A nice place to dine on a golf course at sunset. Empenadas were delicious, fresh and served hot. The bread was freshly baked and served hot. All our meals were very tasty, fresh and served hot. Salmon, steaks and pastas were all very delicious. We always come back here with our large Ohana for a great meal.

What a cute eclectic place. Very local feel. The people were super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The bread was AMAZING...fresh baked with butter. We got the pork weiner schnitzel. It was crispy and so tasty with gravy, a salad and great augratin potatoes. Comfort food! Different and worth finding.
