Showcasing the best of the produce from the farm, which includes organic slow-reared pork and raw milk, and utilising the seasonal bounty that can be found in the surrounding hedgerows and countryside, Eight at Gazegill reconnects guests to nature through the food. Having eaten here a few weeks ago with a friend, I came again with 4 more friends. We all agreed it is a truly outstanding restaurant on all fronts. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable, food is excellent, all in a relaxing atmosphere. We sat in the window with the sun shining on Pendle Hill and all agreed it was the best food experience we’d experienced in a long time. Subtle and classy Xmas decorations for the festive season. First class.
