DEXTER is a no rules approach to American BBQ brought to you by Adam Goldblatt, Sam and Tom Peasnell. Our meatery features the best Australian produce which is treated the right way. Chefs Tom (Pitt Cue Co, London) and Adam (Homeslice, London) pay homage to the low and slow traditions of American BBQ utilising smoking, chargrill techniques and pair this with flavours from Mexico, China, France and alike. l have been many times to the olympic hotel for meals. The food is very good, the waitress staff are very nice. The only thing that would be good is if they add different food choices to the menu. Other than that it's a nice place to dine.

It was a lovely dinner and the staff were very friendly and the service was good. The pork we ordered off the set menu was extremely fatty that most of the meal was left on the plate due to the fact it was mostly fat. However, the little meat that was in the dish was delicious. The rose and strawberry dessert was fantastic!
