And within a short period of time, people were raving for the cuisine more than ever. Maybe it's our attentive and detailed staff. Or maybe it's because of the fact that we prepare everything on the spot, within our own kitchen, without using too many machines. We hand trim, slice and dice our meat to make sure it’s perfect. We offer vegetarian delights that drive you crazy. And all our appetizers are homemade, hand folded, crimped and cut, which is why most people just finish their meals with the appetizers alone. Our locations make sure that you get the best American-Chinese feeling as possible. Our newest location is in Mill Creek, a place to escape the bustle of the shopping center in our beautiful dining area.

    We went during Valentine’s Day weekend, so expected it to be busy. With reservations, there was still about a 20 minute wait- which was fine as you can watch the Gauchos walking around doing their thing. We were sat in a back room type spot which was quieter than the main floor and also meant we saw all the meats often. We had great services from 3 servers, drinks never empty, very attentive. Amazing food- worth the price and hype. Will be going back for special occasions

    Excellent food & service. We loved our food - we had the burrata bruschetta, mushroom ravioli, the truffle pizza (seasonal), sesame chicken salad, and the French Onion Soup. Everything was great and the service was on point. We really enjoyed the meal.

    Valentines Day so very busy but they seated us on time! Server was funny, polite and knew the specials! No rushing even though they could have used our table. Prices are high but no more so than any other fine dining. Really good food too! We love it here. Can’t wait for good weather so we can sit on the patio.
