The broth was rich and flavorful, with a great depth that comes from hours of careful preparation. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the toppings (from soft-boiled eggs to tender slices of pork) really elevated the dish. It's easily one of the best ramen bowls I've had. To round out the meal, I enjoyed a glass of cold sake. It was smooth and refreshing, a perfect complement to the meal. Overall, everything was great. When my family from Arizona visit, this is their requested restaurant. It’s amazing in every way. The hand made pasta, fresh ingredients and attention to every detail is amazing. This time our table had lasagna, salmon risotto, spaghetti with delicious meatballs, two salads, minestrone, focaccia.

Food was excellent. Our waiter Frank did a great job of taking care of us. We were personally greeted by the owner and the manager. Very enjoyable experience!
