At Timber Wood-Fire Bistro, all of our dishes are made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients. They are then cooked either over our state-of-the-art wood burning grill or in a brick oven heated by the embers of logs. Cooking in this way imparts a slight smokiness as it brings out the natural flavors of the food. A juicy ribeye sizzles and caramelizes, giving the tender beef a gorgeous crust. The homemade dough for our pizzas rises in the heat, and the crust gets to be the perfect combination of crisp and chewy. Vegetables share an entirely new flavor profile when cooked over wood. Dining at Timber brings an experience both classic and innovative. Come eat and drink with us as you watch our fireflies dance above the wood-fired grill.

It’s a beautiful restaurant. From the moment you arrive, you feel as if you were transported to a classy restaurant in a large metropolitan city. The food is consistently good and reasonably priced. With a wide variety of items on the menu, it’s certain to please even the pickiest palate. It is one of few elegant restaurants in Omaha that still serve dinner after 9:00pm which is greatly appreciated. The staff is very attentive, providing the best service. I’m now a regular and routinely look forward to my next visit.

It was our first time at Clio and our waitstaff was so helpful, explaining menu items and suggesting options. We were both completely pleased with our choices. The food is excellent, familiar yet creatively prepared. Also appreciate the "right size" portions. We will definitely go to Clio again!
