Situated in the heart of Farnham’s historic town centre but nestled within its own private gardens, The Bush is an independent hotel that has been welcoming guests through its doors since 1618.Offering Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner and a full Bar Menu, the Bush Hotel is the perfect place for any occasion. The Oak Lounge, which dates back to the 15th century and features historic panelling and roaring fires, is the perfect spot for casual dining or relaxing with a coffee or cocktail. The Garden Restaurant, a quintessential Georgian morning room with a modern twist, offers a more formal dining setting and a beautiful space for larger events and parties. This is the second time that we have visited The Cyder House - and we returned because we had very much enjoyed our first visit. The place was packed on a Saturday lunchtime, but the service remained personal and exemplary. The menu is interesting and the food delicious. Congratulations to the kitchen staff, and to those at front of house. I am sure that we will return.

Lovely food, wonderful staff and a warm welcoming atmosphere. I grew up in the area when the star pub was the community centre, with the lovely refurb they did a couple years I can see it being that again with the added bonus of it now a quality bistro/gastro pub!

Had lunch on a Monday from the lunch menu. The decor is gorgeous. Wasn’t busy so there wasn’t much atmosphere. The food was very good, the service was excellent. Looking forward to going back soon. Would recommend.

We arrived for a family Sunday lunch. There were 7 of us and we arrived slightly early but this was no trouble and we were seated a few minutes early. Service was good - and the Sunday roasts were great with plenty of vegetables and giant Yorkshire Puddings. Very very good.
