The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney is a TAFE NSW licensed training restaurant. We are open Tuesday to Thursday lunch and dinner during TAFE Term time until 28 November 2024.Lunch 12pm to 2pm: three courses (entrée, main & dessert) for $44 or you can select any two courses for $39. Dinner 6pm to 8:30pm: three course menu for $44. (Our prices are excluding beverages). Group beverage packages are available to pre-purchase fort he whole group.Our meals are usually served Table d’hôte (alternate drop) and portions are limited.Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. For group bookings of 11 people or more please contact us by phone 02 7920 0909 (9am to 4pm) or email si.theapprentice@tafensw.edu.au. Payment in advance is required for group bookings.We accept payment by EFTPOS, Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept cash or split bills. We had an excellent meal at Gavroche- cocktails started the evening, and after choosing our meal (fois gras and scallops to start followed by steak frites and Rossini Tornedo) Matthieu our sommelier helped us choose a lovely bottle of Bordeaux red. The food and wine was excellent and the dessert (and dessert wine) was an excellent end to the meal, which we capped off with a glass of cognac. One of the highlights was the ambience and of the place and the very attentive service (so French). I would highly recommend Gavroche!!

Food was exceptional. Customer service was great and always happy. I couldn’t fault this place. Can’t wait to go back and revisit. Even went out of their way to sing happy Birthday to my new 18yr old.
