Chef Justin Cogan brings New American cuisine to life with signature dishes including braised beef short ribs and crab & mango spring rolls. The 130 seat balcony lets you take in the sights of the southside like the steel stacks, Fahy and Hill to Hill bridges, and Bethlehem city hall in the distance. The menu consists of casual fare that will include "comfort" foods along with familiar favorites with a twist. We have a seasonal rotation of select items on the menu while keeping our concept simple.     We always have amazing food and service here. This morning's brunch was exceptionally busy. We did not mind the wait, as we could catch up with our college-age son while waiting. The wait staff was a bit slow returning to bring take-out containers & the bill, but I am certain it was due to busyness. No matter -- we will be back!

    Delicious lunch in the beautifully decorated Hotel Bethlehem. Started with the New England Clam Chowder followed by Duck leg pot pie and Ricotta Gnocchi followed by Cherry Cobbler. Drinks were Appletini with Caramel and a Woodford Rye old fashion. Our server was excellent. Can’t wait to return!

    The hostess was warmly welcoming with a smile. I asked her twice but forgot. The bartender was kind, attentive, patient and so hospitable. And she was cute!!!! She made me a just about perfect old fashioned. I had a house salad with salmon blackened medium rare accompanied by the lamb meatballs with a house made yogurt. Everything at Twisted Olive makes you want to come back!!!!
