The food was scrumptious. Two of us shared a Bosc Pear & Roasted Beet Salad, which was just delicious. My Grilled Scottish Salmon with a tarragon-mustard cream sauce, with a black lentil salad, was sensational. Her House made Fettuccini with a braised mushroom ragu was excellent. Two members of our group are gluten intolerant and Posana provides a safe environment for them to eat without having to review every ingredient. It is also exemplary to have every option available to them without having to take a salad or the only protein based option.
