Crispin is an all day restaurant & wine bar in Spitalfields serving seasonal sharing plates, low intervention wines & cocktails.Our chefs are led by the talented Lewis de Haas (ex Petersham Nurseries & The Shed). They deliver a European inspired menu, using locally & sustainably sourced ingredients from independent growers, small-scale farms & producers (think seasonal croquettes, organic British vegetables, sustainable seafood, classic cuts). We also have a natural wine list, bottle shop & wine club curated by our Head of Wine Alexandra Price, where we focus on natural wines using indigenous & rare grape varieties.The glass & zinc pavilion is located on White’s Row, Spitalfields, on the junction with Crispin Street. The Minories is a traditional pub, located less than one minute’s walk from Tower Hill tube station and in walking distance from some of London’s top attractions, including Tower Bridge and London Dungeon.All major sporting events are shown on Sky and BT Sport, across numerous plasma screens and two large projector screens.
