A pursuit for knowledge was the stimulus and continues to be the driving force behind Chef Niven’s career. Ghee means PURE and has a symbolic meaning both spiritually and in the kitchen of an Indian home. The restaurant encompass traditional Indian home cooking, ingredient driven using local artisan purveyors. Chef Niven highlights the experience of dining at Ghee: "I want to my guests to walk into Ghee with the sense of entering my home. I want them to feel at home. I want them to smell the aromas and spices and get more engaged in their meal. One of the things that I always tell my cooks is, ask questions, be inquisitive if you don’t know. We had a wonderful time celebrating my daughter's birthday, this is one of her favorite restaurants! We decided to try some dishes from the seasonal menu and ordered this incredible tower of meat, I can't remember the name, but it was absolutely delicious! We’re really hoping they make it a regular menu item because we’d love to enjoy it again!!
We LOVE Ghee! Until Ghee we ate Indian food one or two times a year. Now we go to Ghee several times a month. The food is spectacular. The servers are professional and knowledgeable about each item on the menu.
We love the backyard pakora (which has ingredients from Niven Patels backyard), the charred corn, the Bell and Evans Tandoor Chicken to name a few. Any bread is delicious.

We had an amazing culinary experience at Osso Bucco, despite the very arrogant server. Out of four persons, three were served relatively fast, except for my pasta dish, which arrived when my guests had already finished.
