Executive Chef Scott Anderson chose the name "elements" for the restaurant because he is passionate about sourcing fresh, local, organic ingredients and sustainably raised meats and seafood. He wants the very elements of your meal to play a major role in the taste of it. Then he and his team work to reveal the complementary flavor dimensions inherent in the elements by skillfully combining them—often in edgy new ways. Estella’s passion for design and Dennis’s interest in painting clearly reflects this sensibility.The exciting twenty-eight seat restaurant d’floret is a modern elegantly-lit stage, featuring an open kitchen and adjoining dining room that exhibit the chef’s dual passions: Foy’s paintings and culinary mastery.     Hands-down, one of the best dining experiences I’ve been a part of. We sat at the chefs table and we couldn’t ask for a better experience, the ambiance, visual of the entire kitchen, from the service to the food, it exceeded expectations.. The special kale duck confiet salad was unbelievable. The meatballs were cooked to perfection and that was just the appetizers.  You are able to order half portions of their pasta dishes, (our server was great, informative with great suggestions like half portions so you can try more than one dish) and so we tried the Cavatelli, Spaccatelle & Spicy Rigatoni. All were Delicious & perfectly cooked.. Throughout the meal the Chef would check on us and have brief conversations which were appreciated and welcomed. We will definitely be back again soon!!

    At the entrance John greeted us! It was our anniversary and he was just so nice…. He made sure we were well taken care! it did make my day! Food was good and best was the chocolate lava cake.. which was not too sweet atall! ❤️❤️❤️
