When a concern was raised about the salt level of an appetizer, not only the server but two other personnel attended to the concern. I have never experienced that level of efficiency and respect for a customer before. The food was exceptional in its quality and taste. We have some amazing Italian restaurants here at home. Pietro’s is way on top of the list. We go to Florida on purpose sometimes just to go to Pietros. Susan the owner is amazing and kind.
