What an exceptional place! Located in the Astor hotel (separate entrance), this beautiful space boasts comfortable seating, gorgeous chandeliers, and a moody vibe. The food is fantastic with their signature vodka sauce deserving its fame. I had meatballs, fries with vodka sauce (fantastic), and a bite of a friends lemon cheesecake. Everything was best in class. My only complaint was how wheat-heavy the menu is — more gluten free dishes would be nice.

Let me know if I am missing anything… Dining at the Living Room for lunch was a mixed experience. While the food was delicious, we were surprised to find it was more of a bar atmosphere than a dedicated restaurant. Parking proved difficult and the valet service was quite expensive. The menu, though limited, offered tasty options. My cousin thoroughly enjoyed their expertly made Brandy Alexander, a classic cocktail of cognac, crème de cacao, and cream. My W Club sandwich and my cousin’s beef sliders were both delectable, although I felt they were overpriced. To finish, we shared their only dessert option, a delicious chocolate lava cake. The service, from the bartender to our server, was excellent throughout our meal.
