Superb service and the meal was magnificent. Been coming to this Steakhouse at the Aguas Caliente Rancho Mirage for the past 4 years I lost count how many times but if I had to guess at-least 20 times or more . Yesterday was the best service ever received everything was on point from the pineapple Infused Martini to the bread, lobster bisque, wedge salad and Filet Mignon and seafood mix grill. The quality of a dining experience starts at the top. Management always gets blamed when things don’t go right, and management should get the kudos when it all goes well. Eddie V’s success in Palm Desert starts at the top. All the pieces fit: it starts with a friendly greeting, a manager that introduces himself, a service staff that exists to insure you’re comfortable with pace and all liquids refilled without asking. But, as good as all the service expectations being met, the excellence of the food is an equal portion of the experience. When all these elements come together: service, food quality, and the creation of a staff to live up to management’s vision, you are presented with the best dining in the entire Coachella Valley. That is Eddie V’s.

This was the 2nd time visiting Mikado and once again a great experience from the Waitress being quick, efficient during Service. The Chef at the table was great and engaged the entire table in a fun way. The Food was delicious from the Sushi we ordered as well as the Food we selected on the Grill. Overall, great experience and definitely coming back! Thank you Mikado Team!

I cannot say enough nice things about this restaurant! Our server, Antonia, was the best! She had recommendations that were spot on. She new the menu, and answered questions. The manager came by and said- ‘welcome, you were the first to order our special tonight on Christmas Eve!” The service from seating, thru the meal, to the end was absolutely wonderful. Thank you! Do make a point to have any meal here! Thank you again!!

The waiter was very enthusiastic and the food was amazing per usual. We were disappointed that our table was not ready when we arrived when I think I made the reservation weeks ago. I did have a dog, but they didn’t seem to mind. There were plenty of tables outside and we ended up in the corner. A couple after us got a better table right in front of ours.
