There must have been a problem with the reservation booking system as they were very overbooked. Every person had to wait at least 35 minutes to be seated. The amount of abuse she got from rude customers was horrible. She handled every complaint with grace. No matter how often they came back, demanded answers. There was even a group of men that were so rude and demanded free food!! Then proceed to sit on their phones while their food was being prepared in front of them.
