Uncle Bacala’s specializes in Italian-style seafood and other inventive dishes in its warm and cozy New Hyde Park eatery. For a tantalizing start to your meal, enjoy the mozzarella in carrozza cheese-stuffed fried country bread and the mashed potato and mozzarella croquettes, both served with marinara sauce. Very much enjoyed entire dining experience at this restaurant. Relaxed ambience with minimal noise . Service was very efficient and pleasant . Good variety of foods offered on the Thanksgiving prefix menu which had appetizer, entree , dessert and hot beverage . Delicious and plentiful . Definitely will return .

One of my favorite restaurants when I’m on Long Island it’s always a fun place to gather with good friends and bump into old friends. The service is spectacular and the food is just amazing. So enjoyable and I highly recommend.
