Our server did not properly proportion the food causing us to have to order more. The order was not correct and although frustrating I hated having to experience the cooks frustration while celebrating my dad’s birthday. The server was nice and tried to resolve the issue. We had allergies at our table and I don’t think the cook was prepared. Also the extras we ordered to our meal we did not get. I did not complain because it was a special event yet with the cost it would be nice to ensure the order was taken. correctly and that the cooks brings the right amount of food out. We didn’t get our steamed rice with the meal until towards the end after reminding them. Just several small things you wouldn’t expect from such a restaurant. Overall, it was beautiful there and I like the privacy we get in the rooms.

OMG ---------- a cold Monday late afternoon & The 5th -- had heaters & fire generated stand alone "fireplaces" placed their warm & secure covered outdoor patio ------ It was glowing & so inviting / I did not think twice - It was perfect------- Service was outstanding w/Rebecca. Drinks were spot on as well as appy's ------ visiting with special friends could not have been better. GO THE FIFTH ............................. Richardson Resident KLM

Warmly greeted by all staff. Such a lovely time spent with good friends. All staff are bar none in every way. The food is amazing. I ordered the sweet potato jalepeno bacon soup and steak salad (eating on the lighter side this new year). Both items were very delicious. I normally order the soup with the fillet medallions or Texas Redfish. I noormally order lemon drop martinee’s with my appetizer. This visit I enjoyed a couple glasses of their Joel Gott Cabernet .

The mushrooms were great. The potatoes with the fish and chips were also great. The fish was good, not great. The cole slaw was mediocre at best. The service was perfect for the occasion
