At Quetzal, we celebrate regional Mexican cuisine, inspired by traditional flavours and cooking styles, all cooked over a 28 foot-long open fire that runs the span of the hot line. Traditional moles, sauces and little-known native ingredients are transported to Toronto and infused with the bounty of local Ontario and Canadian produce, for a one-of-a-kind dining experience. First time Italian cuisine. Wine tasting is a bonus. I learned a lot tonight. First tasting menu I tried ever with different groups of wine pairing on each dish by a certified wine specialist explaining how the pairing works and how they interwined. Thank you.

An excellent dining experience. From being welcomed at the door to paying the bill and saying goodbye, everything was perfect. The host accommodated us by kindly welcoming us and showing us to our table even though we were a little early. The server guided us through the drink and food menu. She was friendly and helped by making suggestions. The food was impeccably presented and delicious. Overall a great experience and I will make it a point to come back when I return to Toronto. We'll done.
