Food was great , many choices on the menu from appetizers to dessert Drink menu was adequate as far as wine list goes The whole experience was pleasant Except when got home, looked in our doggy bag for our pet and someone omitted my steak remnant Which I saved on purpose for a treat for my pet The next time, we’ll certainly look in the to go bag and make sure everything is correct

My experience was amazing! I have been here many times and I have never had any complaints. I dined here for Valentine’s Day/Anniversary and it was spectacular! Everything was great! The food, the service, the atmosphere, everything about this place is great! Would definitely recommend to others.

We arrived on time and were greeted with a big smile from the hostess, Linda. Our table was waiting and Theresa, our waitress, came over and brought water and took our drink order. We had some delicious Pinot Grigio (Fini) and started with clams casino, which were cooked perfectly. We then had salads which were crisp and fresh. We both got chicken picatta served piping hot. For dessert we had the crème brûlée. The restaurant had a nice crowd and the dinner was a perfect 10. My friend and I were catching up and never felt rushed. Theresa knew exactly when to check on us and always made sure we had what we needed. Basil has always been a favorite of ours and as we walked out we made plans for our next visit. People say this is a hidden gem in Medfield and they’re not wrong. Outstanding experience!

Luciano’s in Wrentham is hands down one of the best Italian dining experiences you can have! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm, elegant, and inviting—just what you’d hope for in a classic Italian restaurant. The staff was exceptionally attentive, making us feel like honored guests, and the service was flawless from start to finish. Now, let’s talk about the food—absolute perfection! I had the bone-in veal parmesan special, and it was beyond incredible—perfectly breaded, tender, crispy outside and smothered in rich, flavorful tomato sauce with just the right amount of melted cheese. Every bite was divine! My mother had the Frutti di Mare special, and she couldn’t stop raving about it. The seafood was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and beautifully plated—a true taste of the sea. What truly made the evening special was the personal touch. Luciano himself made the rounds, warmly greeting each table with such genuine hospitality. He even stopped by to say hello and personally wished my mother a happy birthday, making the night feel even more special. It’s rare to find a restaurant where the owner is so hands-on and passionate about ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. Between the exquisite food, impeccable service, and warm, welcoming atmosphere, Luciano’s is an absolute gem. We celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary at smith & Wollensky. Laurie was our server and we were so happy that she took care of. She was there when we needed her and she was always in close proximity if we wanted to ask her something. This was one of the best service that we’ve had!
