We had roast dinners, burger, grilled catch of the day and the chowder- and all of those were of a very high standard. We were perhaps a little disappointed by the Turkish Delight panna cotta, but it was perfectly ok, just not as impressive as the main courses. Both really tasty. The side of garlicky cabbage was awesome. Upon booking I requested a warm comfortable table for my 90 year old friend & we were greeted with a lovely reserved table by the fire & a cushion was provided for my elderly friend!
