Dear Valued Customers , The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations. The payments will be paid after your meal, and we do not accept cash or split bills.We only take reservations via OpenTable. If you're looking for a spot that nails it every time, this Japanese restaurant is the place to be. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Service is quick and attentive, and the food? Absolutely top-notch. From fresh sushi to perfectly seasoned dishes, everything is consistently amazing. It’s one of those places I keep coming back to because I know I’ll always leave satisfied. Highly recommend.

The food was excellent as usual. Service very friendly and prompt. Great position looking out over the Parramatta River. We attended their Melbourne Cup Luncheon. All facilities were available. An excellent day.
