Our sake list is one of the most diverse on the East Coast and is curated by our in-house sake sommelier Noah Sain. At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. You'll find an abundance of fresh herbs and only the best quality seasonings. Fresh vegetables are used throughout our menu, and all soups and sauces are hand-prepared. We are also proud to provide an excellent selection of the worlds best oysters flown in fresh for your enjoyment.     Had an amazing experience at this restaurant! Our server, Spade (hope I got the name right), went above and beyond with outstanding service. The vibes were perfect, and it’s always one of my favorite spots to bring friends and family when they visit. Highly recommend!

    Our server was excellent. The 36 ounce wagu tomahawk wasn’t cooked great. That was too bad because it’s such a great steak. They did take it back to cook it a smidge longer. Server was great about it. Broccolini was good and the vodka pasta was good. We also had the wagu dumplings. They were good. Dessert was crème brulee, chocolate cake, cinnamon roll and the Nutella cookie. Everything was good+. Potential to be great. The ambiance and servers made the experience great. My husband is rarely happy with servers and he really made his experience too. So I totally appreciated that. I would go back.

    This was a great find. Food was excellent. Superbly presented and the wine pairing for the food was perfect. It is definitely value for money. Sadly we are on holiday otherwise we would definitely go back.
