With Infini meaning “Limitless Possibilities”, Chef Urvin Croes wants to offer dishes made without boundaries, exploring new possibilities and stepping with two feet outside the box. A chef’s table concept where diners and staff are able to interact throughout the evening, channeling through a story guided by the menu.Urvin has worked in different roles starting as an apprentice cook and ending as a Chef de Partie and Sous-Chef for the highest-rated hotel restaurants on the island of Aruba. He gained experience in Europe working with 1-Michelin star rated “Grand Hotel Karel V”. He enjoys buying many of his ingredients from local farmers. It is a combination of all the aforementioned, which is reflected in the dishes created at Chef Urvin his restaurants. Welcome to 2 Fools and a Bull CHEFS TABLE, prepare your self for an exclusive dining experience you will ever encounter. Our U-shaped bar is designed to accommodate 17 guests at a time who will all dine together and experience fine dining like never before!We are an adults (18 years and up) only restaurant. Our menu consists 5 1/2 courses for $130 per person, prepared by Fool Erwin -- the Chef of Aruba. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions you may have, we do not serve vegetarian or vegan dishes. Be prepared for an exclusive evening out, where you can think and eat outside the box. There are 2 wine pairings available to choose from, our regular wine pairing and a reserve selection . These wines will fit beautifully with every course you will be served. But of course we have an large bar at our disposal too and a beautiful selection of wines by the glass and bottle.

Next to the 'Old Mill' in Aruba you'll find a unique new restaurant, 'The Journey'. Michelin star trained chef Patrick van der Donk (old Amuse Bistro) has made a very intimate chef's table concept. Credit card information will be required in order to hold reservation as well confirmation by phone .Not your usual bar seating set-up! Here you are able to dine at you own separate tables and still have a view of the chef creating your 5-course meal for a max of 20 guests per evening. Price $130 per dinner and $80 for the optional wine paring, small bar available.The evening starts on our cozy lounge with delicious hors d'oeuvres and bubbles, inside at a small and stylish set-up the chef will prepare every dish in front of his guests taking time to invite his guests over for a chat, he might even ask to help plating his dishes which gives a truly extraordinary dining experience. The menu changes frequently, classic dishes with a twist prepared with the best ingredients.

    We had Kimberly as our server and she was amazing. Very knowledgeable about all the dishes and super attentive. Our table got the tuna poke, empanadas, and octopus for apps and all three were delishes. For entrees we got the cod, duck, lamb, and steak and those were all equally great!

    Everything from start to finish was amazing. Service was outstanding as I have strict dietary issues and our waitress Jean went above and beyond to make sure I was able to enjoy my dinner without any issues. Our appetizers and dinner were the best we’ve had on the island. Highly recommend

    Roger and Erwin delivered the most amazing dinner!! Roger explained the wine parings and Erwin gave us the delicious details of each course. The night started promptly at 7, when the doors opened, we were all invited to a glass of champagne and had a chance to meet the other guests. The dinning takes place at a U-shaped counter, so everyone has the opportunity to watch the chef finalize the dishes. 2 Fools and a Bull is a must when in Aruba. But you have to reserve your spot 2 months in advance!!
