The typical Dutch cosiness means in countries around the Mediterranean 'together'. Taking time for each other around a table full of small dishes and enjoy a glass of wine. Each ordered an average of 3 or 4 dishes per person and then everything on the table is shared socialising. Our chef roams the market looking for seasonal products and likes to combine local produce with Mediterranean spices. In Jottum is preferably cooked with organic, fair trade, and fresh produce.

De dag voor Kerst afgesloten met een heerlijke lunch bij Ferilli’s. De zeebaars met tomaten, olijven en kappertjes was heerlijk! Ditmaal de Tignanello per glas gedronken, dat kan bijna nergens maar wel bij Ferilli’s.

First night in Amsterdam. Looking for a lighter meal for our 13yo but a good hearty meal for my husband and I. Steaks were great. Empanadas were yummy. Got some spice after Paris. Yummy red wine. Reasonably priced.
