Named after chef Peter Sanchez-Iglesias’ father, Paco, who is from Seville, the restaurant is deeply rooted in Spanish tradition and family heritage. Located by the Bathurst Basin, Paco Tapas captures the lively spirit of a true Andalusian tapas bar, with dark walls, exposed brick, and sherry barrel tables creating the perfect atmosphere for sharing plates with friends and family.Our menu features a selection of classic and seasonal tapas dishes made with the finest ingredients, including boquerones, croquetas de jamon, and the signature quail stuffed with sobrasada and dates. Robun is a tribute to Japanese author Kanagaki Robun and his 1872 book Seiyō ryōritsū, which introduced Western barbecue to Japan.Our modern-day interpretation of Yakiniku specialises in sharing plates of beautiful robata grilled dished large plates fused with elements from across Asia, paired with inspired cocktails and an extensive choice of Japanese whiskeys or sake in the most inviting and sociable of settings.Alongside our innovative selection of sashimi, salads and small plates, our fresh sushi is served in a variety of creative incarnations including soft-shell crab futomaki roll with kimchi mayo and a tobiko-topped nigiri.Upstairs in the Kanagaki Suite, we provide an events space and cocktail bar set to host celebrations and events.     Wow we were so impressed. Every thing about our service and food was 10/10. We arrived early and were happy to grab a drink or 2 at the bar but our table was ready. Therefore we ate before planned and wow. We searched and searched for a lovely roast in Bath and I’m so glad we came across this place. The beef, roasties, sides, service.. nothing could have been better. Highly recommend to anyone looking to book!

    What a fabulous place. The food was wonderful and the service even better. I don't know the name of our waitress but she was outstanding. The style and design of the place is exceptional and I loved the location next to the the water. I honestly don't think there is is anything that could be improved. My favourite bit was the smell of the cooking. Wow!

    Incredible experience!! From the minute we entered to the moment we left we loved everything. All staff were very helpful and smiling! (Like they enjoy what they do!) The food!! OUT OF THIS WORLD!! We went here for the first time for my son’s 10th birthday and we can’t wait to return!

    Our second time at Robun. We chose the sharing menu between 3 of us. Highly recommended! Beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Such a special Japanese restaurant in Bath. And not a chain too. Only criticism was it was a bit chilly last night in the restaurant. It had been snowing yesterday so was our first very cold day. Maybe a little more heating!
