Welcome to the Butchers Arms.Our 16th century Public House is situated on Lime Street in the parish of Eldersfield near Gloucester.The Butchers Arms is first and foremost a rural pub, where the bar is the hub of life, with low ceilings, wooden floors, roaring fires and real ale served straight from the cask. The food is British and we source only the finest ingredients from local suppliers. Nasprías is the name of the land where our family has had its vineyard in Sardinia for almost a century. It is a name that we relate to family and traditions, values which are at the core of our food: pizza al taglio, croissants, cakes and much more. We use real Sardinian ingredients together with the freshest local produce sourced from right here in the Costwolds. We don’t buy pre-made or frozen doughs, we source the best flour and yeast and let our doughs raise for 24-48 hours, just like our families did in the past; the way it should be done.Nasprías tips its hat to my Sardinian roots and also serves Illy coffee, the best that Italy has to offer made to Illy’s exacting high standards alongside other drinks that you can find in any Italian bar. Superb meal , beautiful presentation, every ingredient cooked/ prepared to perfection. Service was excellent. Cannot fault any aspect of our evening meal. The Butcher’s Arms is becoming our preferred place to eat out, never been disappointed.
