Hochi Mama was the God Mother of all aspiring street artists and rappers in the early nineties. An immigrant in the big city, she hosted underground art shows along with rap battles for the rejects; a place where you could just be at home, but with family. It’s lovely that we were greeted twice by two separate wait staff who were very friendly, but then it took time to get their attention to order. Food was amazing but with items the delicious Betel Leaf with Prawn, we really needed some wipes to clean sticky fingers. We did our best with napkins, but as an entree I felt sticky for the remainder of the meal. Awesome restaurant and there was a lovely American girl, should have got her name, but she was the hostess that I would like to see in my organisation, where I working on guest experience standards. I will be back!
