The Aperture, the first full-scale restaurant project from Chef Jordan Anthony-Brown. The menu reflects the concept of Mediterranean mezze style dining, consisting of many small plates, rustic in nature and reflective of seasonality and creates a natural progression and flow for the dining experience. The Aperture’s menu reflects three fundamental tenets: intention, balance, and focus. The menu - and its individual dishes - are approached with the objective of putting critical thought into every component, eliminating the extraneous, and ensuring a natural flow across the menu. The culinary program is heavily influenced by the cuisine of the broader Mediterranean region and the simple, seasonal cooking of Southern France, Italy, Greece, and the Levant.Our menu changes often and with the seasons. Forged from the fires of Covington, Ky. Opal is a casual, chef-driven, fine-dining restaurant that offers wood-fired grilled foods, craft cocktails, and a curated wine menu using locally focused products. The menu, developed by the company's culinary director, Chef Eric Polhamus, features Contemporary American dishes. Opal is the third restaurant installment in the portfolio of Bill and Morgan Whitlow. Opals are known to be the stone that represents justice, harmony, protection, love and passion. Just like the gemstone, Opal Rooftop Restaurant & Bar is different from every angle you approach it from. Patrons will enjoy a 360-degree backdrop of downtown Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky or dine indoors as the flames from the unique Grillworks grill reflect off of the bar. Standing high above the city on the 10th floor of the City Club Apartments, at 309 Vine Street; resurrected from the history that has stood here before our time, Shires' Rooftop is inspired by the first amusement resort in this part of the country, Shires' Garden. Though the original Shires' Gardens burned to the ground, "in a most picturesque fire," the legacy that was left behind is everlasting and an integral part of the Queen City's history. The creation of the Matinee Performance, the regal guests Shires' hosted, an unsolved murder and other noteworthy events that took place at the original Shires' Gardens, are an inspiration to our program that we look forward to sharing with you.

Best restaurant in Cincinnati by far! The cocktails are unique and innovative and each dish is crafted with fresh, seasonal ingredients and presented beautifully. The flavors are bold and complex, yet perfectly balanced. The service is impeccable. Kylie was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu and making recommendations based on our preferences.

This was a delightful experience in terms of the food choices, food execution and service. I was in a group of 5 and all of us lived our different meals. The only shortcoming of this restaurant is the noise. The music ended up competing with the experience rather than enhancing it. In bustling restaurants like this one that have issues with noise, they may be patrons may be better served with soft music choices.

Everything we got on the menu was fantastic! This really was authentic greek cuisine. We loved the Fried Feta, Souvlaki, and Moussaka the most. Make sure to leave some room or even take some of the Bakalva home as that is to die for.
