Izakaya Denはデンバーで人気の和風ガストロパブです。仕事帰りに賑わう日本国内の居酒屋の雰囲気を忠実に再現しています。サウス・パール通りに位置し、Sushi Denを経営するKizaki兄弟の第2号店です。 小皿で提供されるメニューには、伝統的な日本食に加え、各国料理の味と食感を取り入れた料理も用意しています。伝統的な日本食には、世界中から毎日取り寄せる魚を使った刺身やにぎり寿司も用意しています。餃子や麺料理もあります。各国料理の様々な味を取り入れた創作メニューには、焼きパンツァネッラサラダ（身の詰まった大きなカニ、トーストしたフォカッチャ、地元産のヤギのチーズ、ピスタチオ、梅入りワインビネガー）、神戸牛スライダー（フォアグラのたたき、フライドポテト）などのユニークな料理を取り揃えています。グルテンフリーメニューも提供しています。平日の17:00〜18:30には人気のハッピーアワーを開催しています。
