1980年にオープンしたLa Ripaille（ラ・リパイエ）はウェストビレッジで最も古いレストランのひとつです。常連の顧客のなかには、25年間通い続けている人もいます。頻繁に訪れる有名人、ゲームやクレヨンをあげる子供達、ビレッジに住む地元の人達など、誰もが歓迎されていると思える場を提供するのが私たちの願いです。レストランの日々の運営に不可欠なのがオーナーのAlain Laurent氏です。彼は毎日市場を巡回し、最も新鮮な農産物を探し求めてはその日のスペシャルを決定します。このため、スペシャルは常に旬の食材を使った独特のものとなっています。ワインリストも、彼の目にかなった最高のワインを提供するのに常に入れ替えられています。レストランの建物自体も美しく、夏にはテラス、冬には奥の暖炉があります。テーブルのキャンドルがフランスのポスターや絵画を照らし、新鮮な花がそれぞれのテーブルを飾ります。La Ripailleにて、歴史と美味しいフランス料理を味わってください。お席を用意してお待ちしています。
